We offer traditional Shotokan Karate for everyone from age 4 to 65+:
Kids (Ages 4–12): Focuses on fundamental movement, discipline, focus, and confidence.

No. You are welcome to attend your free trial and first few sessions in casual sportswear. Once you decide to join the club officially, we can arrange your karate Gi and club license.

Yes! We offer two free, no-obligation trial classes at any of our venues so you or your child can experience a class, meet our instructors, and see if Zanshin Karate Dojo is the right fit before making any commitment.
For your initial trial sessions, you don't need a karate suit (Gi). Just wear comfortable workout clothes (such as a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms or leggings) and bring a bottle of water. We train barefoot on the mats.
Yes! Karate is one of the few martial arts where family members can train alongside each other. It’s a great way for parents and children to share a healthy activity and progress together.
